This Thursday, Consumer Reports’ members are fanning out across the country to show up at the home-state offices of their Congressional members to fight for their consumer rights: to be treated fairly by the Big Banks, giant corporations, and industry.

We're telling Congress to stop the attack on our consumer watchdogs – the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Consumer Product Safety Commission – who make sure banks, credit card companies, and scammers are held accountable for the financial damage they cause, and that the products American families use everyday aren’t unsafe or even deadly.

Consumer Reports is working with partner groups like Progress North Carolina and members like you to hold a press event in Raleigh outside Tillis’ Raleigh office to feature storytellers who would be hurt if consumer protections were eliminated.
